How to Take

When you are

recommend
different dosing
depending on how
much Tributyrin

the beginning.
Suggested
Starting Dosage:
To start, take 1
BiomeIX with
food, either in
the morning or
evening for the
first few days.
If you tolerate
that dosage of
butyrate you can
build up to
taking 2-3 pills
a day spread
out. BiomeIX can
be taken with or
without food,
but in the
beginning we
recommend taking
it before each
meal.
Suggested Dosage
for Advanced
Disease:
If you have an
inflammatory
bowel disease,
autoimmune
disease, or
other advanced
condition you
may benefit from
taking a higher
dose for a short
period of time.
You can try to
work up
gradually to
taking 4-6 pills
a day, split
into 2-3 doses.
This dosage
should only be
used for a
temporary period
of time and is
not necessary to
stay on long
term.
Not everyone can
tolerate a high
dose of
Tributyrin, so
it is best to
start slow and
always listen to
your body.
Once your

you can continue

high fiber diet.
Focus on getting
